The MizAir microprocessor controlled air dispensing system designed to reduce air consumption of air operated diaphragm pumps (AODD). The MizAir uses an end of stroke signal off of the diaphragm pump to determine exact time to dispense precise burst of air sufficient to accelerate the diaphragm and complete a single stroke. The heart of the system is our specially designed air-piloted, two-way normally open valve. This valve has a large Cv rating sufficient to quickly deliver the pre-determined volume of air. After the air is dispensed, the valve shuts of until the control circuit reactivates the valve for the return stroke.
